The Black Swan Group serves as the primary market division of Greenfield Properties, featuring a team of 47 negotiators who are youthful, dynamic, and possess extensive practical experience in real estate operations.
Under the leadership of Mr. Gan Chong Keng, Greenfield Properties was established in August 2005, with its main office situated in Dataran Sunway.
In collaboration with our additional 120 negotiators, Greenfield Properties aims to emerge as a leading real estate agency in both primary and secondary markets, committed to delivering exceptional service and innovative solutions for our clients.
